My Journey
I’m Dr. Veda, DACM, L.Ac — a Doctor of Eastern Medicine specializing in nervous system regulation, sexual vitality, and embodied longevity.
My work bridges ancient medical wisdom with modern relational and energetic understanding, helping people reconnect with sensation, desire, and a deeper sense of presence in their bodies.
I’m also the voice behind the Quantumly Kinky podcast, where modern sexuality meets multidimensional medicine, and the body is understood as both biology and frequency.
My path into this work has been shaped by a series of synchronicities—each one leading me deeper into understanding the body as both physiology and experience. With a foundation in psychology, doctoral training in Chinese medicine, and over a decade guiding individuals through deep personal transformation, I’ve come to understand that lasting change doesn’t happen through information alone—it happens when the body is able to respond differently.
That understanding led me to develop The Veda Method™—an integrative approach that combines acupuncture, somatic awareness, and frequency-based work to restore coherence at the root.
Foundation and Training
My work is grounded in doctoral-level training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, Chinese herbal pharmacology, biomedical diagnosis, and integrative care from Pacific College of Health and Science, with extensive clinical training and case management.
Alongside this foundation, I’ve spent more than 15 years studying frequency-based healing, human consciousness, and the relationship between energy, perception, and physiology.
My practice lives at the intersection of these worlds: ancient medicine, modern physiology, and the body as an intelligent, responsive system.
My Work with Others
I guide others to rewire their nervous systems, awaken their erotic intelligence, and operate as fully realized, TURNED ON multidimensional beings.
Over the last 15 years, my work has evolved into an integrative approach weaving together Daoist sexual vitality, Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture and herbal medicine, nervous system regulation, frequency-based healing, somatic awareness, and the conscious exploration of desire and intimacy.
I work from a simple understanding: libido, vitality, creativity, resilience, pleasure, and presence are not separate systems. They are expressions of how alive and responsive we are within our bodies.
This work is about restoring that connection—so you can access more of your energy, your desire, and your capacity to consciously shape the way you live, love, and experience your life.
You are here to be turned on—to the intelligence of your body, the power of your desire, and the life that wants to move through you.
Beyond the Treatment Room
I grew up in the Midwest, but I was always asking questions that reached far beyond the world around me—about consciousness, sexuality, energy, and the nature of reality itself. That curiosity eventually became both the life I chose and the medicine I practice.
I’ve never been particularly interested in living inside the lines. I love exploring the edges of what we understand, traveling, beautiful food, deep conversation, pleasure, and experiences that make life feel bigger.
And despite working in health and longevity, I have no desire to make wellness my entire personality. I believe in taking care of the body so we can actually enjoy living in it—which sometimes means acupuncture and supplements, and sometimes means pasta, a martini, staying out late, and laughing with people I love.
I share my life with my Italian partner, James, and our relationship has been one of my greatest classrooms in intimacy, desire, growth, and what it means to keep choosing a life that feels authentic.
For me, living turned on has never meant living perfectly.
It means staying curious, choosing what feels alive, and leaving enough room to actually enjoy the ride.
